How does your company adapt to individual customer requirements?
Our company is based on a serial (assembly line) production principle, which allows us to maintain consistent product quality, optimize production timelines, and offer competitive prices for our customers. We do not accept fully custom orders for new models. All furniture models are developed by our team and presented in the catalog. However, we understand that each customer may have their own preferences, so we offer the possibility to adapt furniture to your needs:
• Adjusting the dimensions of upholstered furniture
• Choosing color and upholstery from available options
In this way, the customer receives a tested model from our catalog, but with parameters suited to their interior and space.
Is it possible to speed up the production of furniture to order?
The production time for custom-made furniture is 7–10 days.
• Quality control is carried out at all stages.
• If the order is not completed within the specified time, the customer receives a 20% discount on the furniture price.
• If the furniture is in stock, delivery is carried out within 1–3 hours.
What materials do you use in furniture production and how do you control their quality?
In furniture production, we use only tested and high-quality materials, which ensure durability, comfort, and reliability of our products. Our products are based on the following components:
• MDF and solid wood frames — ensure structural reliability
• Orthopedic spring systems — support proper body posture and increase comfort
• High-quality foam — maintains its shape and resilience over time
• Reinforced metal legs — provide strength and stability
• Turkish upholstery fabrics — resistant to 70,000–80,000 Martindale cycles, guaranteeing high durability for everyday use
In production, we use the Kaizen system — a philosophy of continuous process improvement. This allows us to consistently enhance product quality and optimize production stages.
In addition, our production follows a multi-level quality control system: at every stage — from material selection to final assembly — the product undergoes inspection. This enables us to ensure the quality and reliability of our furniture.
Does your company provide a warranty on the furniture?
Recommendations for using furniture:
• Do not walk or stand on the furniture;
• Do not jump on the furniture;
• Do not sit on the backrests or armrests;
• Follow all usage instructions.
Warranty terms:
Warranty for upholstered furniture — 24 months, for office furniture — 24 months.
Free warranty repair applies only to defects caused by the manufacturer.
Warranty service is provided only under the following conditions:
• Submitting a request after receiving the furniture;
• Providing the warranty card, receipt, and product passport;
• Following all recommendations;
• Using the product as intended.
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• General damage or intentional harm;
• Unauthorized interference or repair of the furniture;
• Unauthorized modifications to the structure;
• Improper use or use not in accordance with the intended purpose or conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
• Mechanical damage, damage caused by pets;
• Natural disasters, fire, household factors (e.g., notebooks, metal objects);
• Exposure to toxic substances or liquids;
• Damage caused by insects or rodents;
• Damage incurred during transportation.
